Poppy Field

This unique picture has been created by delicately painting the background using water colour pencils, then free motion sewing is applied and finished off with hand embroidery, the result is the delightful Poppy Field.
The size of the embroidery is 4 inches x 4 inches, which has a white double mount surround and fitted inside a white frame. The overall size of the frame is 10 inches x 10 inches.
I am lucky enough to live in a semi-rural village and enjoy walking in the countryside with my dog Luna. This is where I get my inspiration from. free-motionwatercolor
